Digital health programmes

Swiss4ward develops and operates evidence-based digital health programmes for patients with chronic conditions. We work with clinical researchers, psychologists, and patient organisations to build programmes that combine scientific rigour with accessible, patient-centred design — from initial concept and clinical validation through to white-label deployment and ongoing platform operation.

Our programmes are built on the same technical infrastructure as our clinical research platforms, enabling seamless integration of patient-reported outcomes, study data, and programme effectiveness measurement.

Our programmes

HautKompass — Digital psychodermatology programme for patients with skin conditions experiencing psychological distress. Developed with the Psychodermatology & Patient-Oriented Care Research Group at Universitätsklinikum Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE). 8 modules, 20 minutes each, fully web-based. BMBF-funded, RCT-validated across 500 patients, MSD Health Prize 2024. Available as white-label for patient organisations and dermatology clinics.

noozad — White-label digital pregnancy companion platform for hospitals, clinics, and health insurers. Multi-tenant architecture enables institutional clients to deploy their own branded pregnancy programme. Swiss-hosted, GDPR-compliant.

OncoTobee — Digital knowledge and collaboration platform for dermato-oncology specialists, developed with ADO (Arbeitsgemeinschaft Dermatologische Onkologie). Staging calculators, drug reference, guidelines essentials, CME, and event management — accessible via DocCheck for verified medical professionals.
